Right, so you are interested in starting or improving your vegetarian meal plan and are wondering what your options are?
The first option is to go it alone and get your own foods and put them together as you want – essentially experiment and use trial and error to get your vegetarian meal plans right. Nothing wrong with this approach, it just takes time, which many people reading this will have little of in today’s first paced world.
The second, and in my opinion very boring option for a vegetarian meal plan is to just buy those pre-packaged ready meals from the supermarket and use those. Now there is nothing wrong with that, but it can be pretty dull.
The third option, and my favourite, is to prepare your own food which can be great fun and follow someone that has already worked out a great vegetarian meal plan for good health and weight loss (if that is of interest to you).

Let me point out at this stage this person is not me!
I have a great deal of respect for the idea of if you want to be successful in a certain area copy someone else who has already worked out what to do. Using vegetarian meal plans is no different, someone else is highly likely to have already done the hard work of working out what works and what does not.
The person I found is Kardena. She has made available online an extensive collection of easy veggie meals that really anyone can follow. I am not a big fan of soy, and other books I have bought seem to have a lot of it in every vegetarian meal plan, but not this one. She practices what she preaches and certainly walks the walk so I have respect for that, and it is clear she did not just throw a bunch of stuff together and put it online.
A slight negative for me, as someone who still eats some meat, is that Kardena spends a bit of time saying how bad meat is. However, I do believe it is personal choice, and that I can still benefit from her ideas by working her vegetarian meal plans into my existing diet.
Overall Kardena has put together a great set of vegetarian meal plans that anyone can benefit from.
